We had the pleasure of showcasing our compostable composite to the Sustainable Arts in Leeds (SAIL) community at Leeds City Museum.
SAIL members shared their creative perspectives on using our material to replace traditional plastics in the designed enviroment, for the dual benefit of decarbonisation and reducing plastic pollution.
Last month our CEO Ben had the honour of representing Munnch at a President's Dinner for the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, who funded our Enterprise Fellowship through the Royal Academy of Engineering.
He had the incredible opportunity to speak with HRH the Princess Royal on the topics of microplastic pollution and sustainable manufacture in the UK.
In February, the team ventured out to sunny Scarborough to meet with those in charge of procurement and materials research at Osprey Plastics, to discuss integrating our formulation into their manufacture stream.
Osprey specialise in custom injection moulding but have experience with foamed applications and a passion for biomaterial alternatives.
